On November 13, National Committee on American Foreign Policy (NCAFP), led by President and CEO, Ambassador Susan M. Elliot visited AFR and discussed issues of Taiwan-US-China relations with Chairperson, Ambassador Andrew L.Y. Hsia, Secretary-General Dr. Kwei-bo Huang, Ambassador Dale Jieh and Dr. Alexander Chieh-cheng Huang.
