Speech on Switzerland: Small But Outstanding Country by Amb. Chiou

Ambassador Jong-nan Chiou (邱榮男) will deliver a speech on "Switzerland: Small But Outstanding Country" in Taipei City on the morning of May 20, 2016. 

It is the second in the series of International Participation Lectures, which are co-organized by the Association of Foreign Relations (AFR) and the English Taught Program in International Business of Shih Chien University and take place respectively on Fridays of May 13, 20, 27 and June 3, 2016. 
Ambassador Chiou, member of the Administrative Council in Friends of Europe in Taiwan, is currently Managing Supervisor of the Taiwan-France-Belgium-Switzerland Cultural and Economic Association. He served as ROC Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs, Director-General of the MOFA Department of European Affairs, representatives to Switzerland and France, and Ambassador to Haiti. Chiou was also Adviser to the National Policy Foundation and President of the Taiwan- France-Belgium-Switzerland Cultural and Economic Association.
