Speech on Dubai’s Success Story & Arab Culture- Custom, Etiquette and Taboo by Amb. Fang

Ambassador Richard Fang (方仲強) will deliver a speech on "Dubai’s Success Story & Arab Culture- Custom, Etiquette and Taboo" in Taipei City on the morning of May 13, 2016. It is the first in the series of International Participation Lectures, which are co- organized by the Association of Foreign Relations (AFR) and the English Taught Program in International Business of Shih Chien University and will take place respectively on Fridays of May
13, 20, 27 and June 3, 2016. 
Ambassador Richard Fang, member of AFR, served as Director General of the Commercial Office of the Republic of China to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Minister of the Taipei Representative Office in Korea, Vice-consul and Consul of the Consulate General of the Republic of China in New York, Counsellor of the Taipei Representative Office in the U.K., and Convener for World Health
Organization at ROC Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He obtained an MA in International Relations from Georgetown University and an MA in International Law from St. John's University of New York.
