Invited by the Association of Foreign Relations (AFR), EU Parliament Member Dr. Viviane Reding delivered a speech on “The Geopolitics of Trade Policy: How to Shape and Regularize the International Order” on May 29, 2015 at the Institute of Diplomatic & International Affairs. The speech was moderated by AFR director Dr. Michael Y. M. Kau and attended by many distinguished scholars and officials from the Department of European Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China.
