On April 30, 2015, Yoshihiko Noda, former Japanese Prime Minister, visited Taiwan and spoke on “Japan’s Recovery and Taiwan-Japan Relations.”
The speech was organized by the Association of Foreign Relations (AFR) with attendees including Vincent Siew, AFR Honorary Chairman and former ROC Vice President; Francisco H. L. Ou, AFR Chairman and former ROC Foreign Minister; Andrew Kao, ROC Deputy Foreign Minister; and other high-profile business and academic leaders.
