Speech of Professor Tom Hollihan on Mass Media and the Sino-Japanese Territorial Dispute

 

The Association of Foreign Relations is pleased to announce the speech of Professor Tom Hollihan on “Mass Media and the Sino-Japanese Territorial Dispute” on September 22, 2014 (Mon.) at 10:30-12:00, in which Professor Hollihan will touch on the impact of mass media on the Diaoyu/Senkaku dispute in Room 270113, General Building of Colleges, National Chengchi University. 

Professor Tom Hollihan is a pollical communication scholar at Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, University of Southern California and author of his latest book The Dispute over the Diaoyu/Senkaku Islands: How Media Narratives Shape Public Opinions and Challenge the Global Order.
Mrs. Hollihan or Patricia Riley, associate professor and director of Global Communication Maters’ Degree Program at Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, University of Southern California, will also attend the speech.
