On October 29, with witness of Taipei City Mayor Chiang Wan-an, Yin Wei, Director of Department for Youth of the Taipei City Government, signed MOU with David Lin, Chairman of Association of Foreign Relations, aimed at promoting internation version for the youth of Taipei City.
