The Association of Foreign Relations and the CITIC Financial Management Institute, represented by President Xia Liyan and Chairman of the Board of Directors, signed a memorandum of cooperation on May 18, this (109). The two sides agreed to cooperate to establish an international financial education and training platform to jointly cultivate global management talents with an international outlook.
