本會黃奎博秘書長將擔任Trends in Global and Regional Affairs國際論壇主持人，並邀請淡江大學美國研究所黃介正教授、前駐新加坡代表謝發達大(本會會員)使及溫室氣體減量基礎建設策進會雷倩理事長等學者專家就重大國際議題分享心得，歡迎有意願參與者至下方網址處報名:

Secretary-General Huang Kuibo will serve as the moderator of the Trends in Global and Regional Affairs International Forum, and invited Professor Huang Kaizheng of the American Institute of Tamjiang University, former representative in Singapore, Xie Fadda (a member of the Association) to share their experiences on major international issues.
