原建議標題: 【還是繼續做個自我中心的「牡羊座國家」吧?】

羊年將屆，俗話說新年新希望，筆者做為國際事務研究者，自然希望國家可以在區域政經活動上「羊羊得意」。可惜眼前有國內內政紊亂，對中國大陸的經濟合作遲滯不前，另有中國大陸對於進一步協商台灣的國際空間有所遲疑，可能也連帶影響了我國對其他國家的經濟合作（自由貿易）談判進程。
令人好奇的是，當參與區域經濟合作左支右絀時，台灣人好像仍自我感覺良好，沒啥好擔心的？
看看週邊的政府。中共擔心什麼？擔心的是區域經濟發展速度放慢，讓過剩的產能變成內部的負擔，所以邊參與邊推進；也怕的是美國主導的「跨太平洋夥伴協定」（ＴＰＰ）跑得太快，將中共苦心規劃的區域經貿戰略成果發展給「攔胡」了。...
如果我們無法如牡羊座正面特質般地展現企圖心及冒險精神，確定目標就全力以赴，反而繼續沉淪在內（憲）政互酸或廝殺，不知險之將至或險之已至，那麼只好在羊年當個活在自己的世界、以自我為中心的「牡羊座國家」吧！

The Year of the Sheep is approaching, as the saying goes, new hopes for the New Year. As a researcher of international affairs, this author naturally hopes that the country can be "satisfied" in regional political Unfortunately, there is internal internal internal disorder, slowness in economic cooperation with mainland China, and hesitation in further negotiations on Taiwan's international space, which may also affect the process of economic cooperation (free trade) negotiations with other countries.
Curiously, when participating in regional economic cooperation, Taiwanese still seem to feel good about themselves and have nothing to worry about?
Look at the surrounding government. What is the CCP worried about? The worry is that the regional economic development will slow down, allowing excess capacity to become an internal burden, so we will push forward while participating. The fear is that the US-led Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) is running too fast and will develop the achievements of the CCP's painstakingly planned regional economic and trade strategy to the "bear"....
If we can't show ambition and adventurous spirit like the positive characteristics of Aries, we will go all out to determine our goals, and instead continue to indulge in internal (constitution) politics or murder, without knowing that the danger is coming or the danger is coming, then we have to live in our own world, self-centered "Aries country" in the Year of the Sheep!
