AFR signs MoU with Indonesian Council on World Affairs

Ambassador Francisco H. L. Ou and Professor Kwei-Bo Huang, chairperson and secretary-general of the Association of Foreign Relations (AFR), visited Indonesia between September 27 and September 30, 2015 to sign a memorandum of understanding on cooperation with Indonesian Council on World Affairs (ICWA), represented by Ambassador Makarim Wibisono, for the purpose of advancing the cooperation, exchanges and engagement between the two organizations. 

AFR Chairman Ou spoke on“Untypical Diplomacy: Taiwan’s experience” at the University of Indonesia on September 28, 2015. Later on the same day, AFR Secretary-General Huang attended and presented at the panel on “East Asia Regional Security and National Policies” as well as the seminar on “Civil Society Organizations and the South China Sea Dispute” hosted by the Habibie Center.
