Ambassador Chih-min Lan, director of the Association of Foreign Relations, was invited to speak on “International Etiquette and Culture” at National Chiayi University’s International Cultural Festival at 1 p.m., 4 November 2015
(Wednesday).
Ambassador Chih-min Lan serves on the first and second board of directors of the Association of Foreign Relations. Previously, he served in different posts, including R.O.C. representative to Spain, vice deputy minister and ambassador to Panama.
