Panel on Public-Private Partnership and International Participation

Panel on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and International Participation was held by the Association of Foreign Relations (AFR) on Wednesday, 23 September 2015, 9:30 a.m. at the Institute of Diplomacy and International Affairs. 
Speakers such as Ms. Lee Mingli, deputy secretary-general of Taiwan Association of Cultural Policy Studies; Mr. Lin Shu-Juan, advisor of Pan-Pacific and Southeast Asia Women’s Association (PPSEAW) Taiwan R.O.C.; and Dr. Alexander Chieh-cheng Huang, secretary-general of Chinese Council of Advanced Policy Studies, illustrated the importance of PPP in international participation through case studies and experience sharing. 
The panel was moderated by Ambassador Victor W. C. Hu, AFR standing supervisor. Ms. Wei-ming Hsu, deputy counselor of Department of NGO International Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China, served as the panelist.
